Having adequate thrust vectoring, TWR, control software, and control surfaces can more or less grants supermanuverabiliy.

I purpose we start the mission after 5 EST when everyone should be around.

I walk to my plane. I open the canopy, and hop in. The roosterpit looks like it's seen better days.
I start the MiG up and do all of the ATC stuff (too lazy to describe it all atm), taxi to the runway, and take off. I await my fellow pilots to join me as I stay in a flight pattern around the base.
