Roger breaks off with Tippy and rocket pods the 4th ground emplacement, still intent on getting the ground targets out of the way
You wipe out the emplacement and end up starting another small fire.
Tippy quits pursuit and makes a beeline for emplacement 1 firing an AGM
The VTOL leaves the battlefield, and the Huit gunnery crew probably wishes they could too before they get totally creamed by the missile.

: At least you two haven't forgotten why you're here. Thank you.
I climb back to cloud level, loop around, and dive towards the preoccupied Morgenstern, firing off another HSM and opening up with the RAC in controlled bursts while throttling up.
Holt pulls hard on the stick and deploys a packet of flares, just barely avoiding the missile and instead climbing up to take you on head-on. It sucks up the RAC fire and returns the favor with a pair of JSMs and barrage of heavy rockets.
"[Ark's sake.]"
I abandon the Morgenstern and instead strafe what's left of groups 3 and 4.
You finish off the last target in group 3.
I decide to go for Elkund, who seems to be a fair opponent. I try to get on his tail. (if I do) I launch an HSM at him, while trying to hit him with AC5 fire.
Only in Aesthia is a "fair opponent" one who is currently being attacked by two of your friends. Regardless, you hit him with some of your AC5 fire as he evades the missile.
"That's what I've been trying to do crash- " Walt pauses to fire off a HSM at eklund then breaks off and deploys countermeasures for the JSM. "I'm going to have to avoid big boy though - I'm not tough enough to take a hit." Walt attempts to get out of the morgensterns firing cone through the means of a dive.
Eklund's luck runs out and bails out of his plane as the HSM hits.

: Damn it, they got Eklund! Eyes on the sky, every-one, we are going after Mjolnir.

: But ma'am, the Kintharians-

: They can wait. I am
not losing another man to these vultures! Rosseau, get on my wing and follow us in. Miller, Ansell, cover us and watch for
any-one trying to kill Eklund.
Coaxoch's Shikra abandons its rocket run on the Kintharians and starts heading straight for you, backed up by the three Jags. Rosseau opens fire on you with his two JSMs.

I sigh. Things are not going ideally right now. I also start hoping that Yukamo was actually kidding with that death threat. And now, with the Morgenstern and Shikra on the battlefield, I can't stop thinking about squadmates dying.
If you hadn't put the dots together already, you realize that the ship that was taking on water earlier was the one she mentioned her brother being stationed on. Either that or there are two ships named Akagi in the Kintharian Navy.
