The scene plays out much the same as when Roger shot it with the cannon, fuel tanks exploding and tearing apart the launcher. So much ordnance is poured on to the thing that it's not clear who got the kill, but rest assured, the missile is very, very killed. Havoc-2 is slammed by the SAM, destroying a wing and damaging the engine, forcing it to drop altitude.
