Trusting that his squadmates will handle the straggling fighters, Richard follows the Sky Marshall towards the renegade fleet. He lets his eyes wander across the gunship, realizing he might be the only GTO combatant to have a chance of snagging a close-up of Tlacelel's aircraft without being immediately in danger of obliteration.

As if it didn't look big enough from a distance, up close it's a monster. It looks to be in the ballpark of a hundred feet long at first glance, the engines pushing it along are big enough to crawl inside and take a nap in, and you could land a plane on the wing's control surfaces. To the aft of the gunship, you see the signature dome of a LAMS module on a plate extending over the engines, with another mounted beneath the nose towards the front; and the whole thing is layered with armor plates that look like they belong on a warship rather than an aircraft. As you try to pull up next to it for an even better look, one of Tlacelel's Sabres drops back and places itself between you and the gunship, the pilot looking directly at you and shaking their head.

I pop flares in attempt to shake the missile.
