Author Topic: Steam controller revealed: its ugly as hell  (Read 7808 times)

When I first bought Blockland I spent my first few months playing it with a trackpad. They're a lot more functional than you think.

I used to bust off headshots in CS:S and Garry's Mod TTT with the deagle on my laptop's trackpad (with 15 fps at that). Once you get used to it, you can play nearly any game with minimal effort.

i mean have you used a ps3 controller lately? that thing wasn't made to be handled by damn humans.
nice joke, pal.

The buttons down there look pretty nice to me, My thumb would sit there nicely..

remember when it was first announced and all of you were hyped as forget?

i still honestly see nothing wrong with it. kimon please go shock-post somewhere else

In my opinion it looks fine.
OPINION

I mean, it looks different, doesn't quite have the same style as the other controllers and it's buttons are on very strange places.
But i am curious how well it handles when you play with it.
Does it handle as bad as it initially might look?
I don't know and i would have to try it out myself before i could really judge.
I mean, i have 2 controllers here, one PS2 like and one xbox controller and the differences are small but still i prefer the ergonomics of the xbox controller more than the PS2-like controller.

It looks like they used the Xbox one controller then combined it with the PS4 controller then just shortened the palm grips

It looks fine
You people are dumb

I think I'll stick with my good old f310.

seriously you guys are complaining over a controller because it's good comfortability factor makes it look ugly. extremely ungrateful

Honestly, I'm bothered more by the fact that they went with a stick instead of a D-pad.
It already has two touchpad things, why do you need a loving stick?

it looks OK. not good, not bad, but OK.

the left touch pad is a d pad and a joystick would be better for actual moving than a touch pad

If it has a low price I might buy it...
