Dakota, SSA, and Texas, remaining sovereign states and overlooking their ideological differences, and of course with the friendly relations between their citizens, reunite in the form of an alliance redubbed the United States of America. They reach out to Japan, NSSR, Prussia, and the United States of Asia to return the land which once belonged to the former United States.

however in return they finally start repairing and even begin adding onto large, urban areas that were hit or even destroyed completely from the nuclear war long ago (since i'm fairly sure the radiation levels have been cleaned up by now)
industry in the american east coast-central area is also boosted, though it is a little less than how it is in europe as of now.
the people of the USA and france are given the opportunities of a normal german soldier, promises of better conditions and payment for both them and their family like that of the german soldier. this also comes along with more respect from the prussian point of view. foreign recruits are also able to identify as their nationality, each of their uniforms to have their own flag stitched onto it in some areas. (i.e. soldier recruited from america can now bear their own state flag, a soldier recruited from france can now bear the french flag on their uniform)
