Serbia sends an inquiry to Germany and Poland for their support
A message is sent to Serbia that Rohr™ is a German video game and digital distribution company, it is not in anyway related to Bosnia or other Balkan countries at all (Which, Germany adds, everybody should've known this by now as 'Rohr' is a German word.) It was a hacker in the Bosnian-Serbian area that had leaked the game.

Since the 'New Order' game, Rohr begins receiving a small amount of governmental funding.
