i bet its so much easier to do menus with unity than with... well pretty much anything else (especially coding it yourself)?

If there was a beta, i would scream and get it right away
Hehe, we're not even to the alpha phase yet. Currently, there's not much to do except... drive. :P

Well... before 4.6 (I think), you still had to code it, but now you don't (although you still can, if you want to). The actual setup of the GUI is now much simpler, as it is visual. Still, it can get confusing very quickly if you don't know what you're doing. Here's a screenshot of the hierarchy of the main menu (no options menu yet, either):

I hype the hype the hype hypes it's own hype XD.

Menu update! A wild options menu has appeared!

Is there going to be an advanced tab so you can get to the smallest details? It would be useful because I can max out the graphics on nearly any game but however I need to keep vsync off to keep a high/steady frame rate.

vsync syncs your game's frame rate with the refresh rate of your monitor
so it won't make it any better if it's off. in fact, with it off, you might get some screen tearing issues

I'm getting a new monitor in a few months so it shouldn't be issue later (monitor television is 60hz)

I actually want to do something different, the car bodies won't affect the perfomance of the car at all, just the parts you add to it (engine, exhaust, brakes, stuff like that) So you can drive any car body you want as fast as you want (imagine a minivan racing a supercar body) But I plan to separate them into types of cars like Coupé, Hatchback, Sedan, Super, Minivan and other bodies
honestly if this is going to be the mechanic, it has to have a lot of modifications eg. forza horizon 2
it'll lose a lot of replay value if it's just different cars that you can upgrade to the exact same top stats

Hey guys, here I am posting here again with some good news, we decided to ditch out the Chibi Car proportions for normal sized cars instead, expect a fun variety of cars, and the things I mentioned earlier are going to be completely different (in terms of customization and tuning)

When will we get the next test release?
Once we get a functioning map and a few things we can release a Tech Demo.
