i'd assume that, like the rest of the prisoners, you're stuck inside prison bus outside of the prison while police and a fat super-warden are trying to shoot us all out
ask rigel to put the keys back in the bus to start it up
if he does so
try to repair the radio see if i can communicate with anyone, or at the very least put on some action music
