0 of the next 8 planned episodes have any sort of interaction with Homeworld besides maybe "Gem Drill," which is probably just more Earth backstory. Which would be fine if it wasn't now *after* the the delayed month.

Didn't they just make huge progress trying to capture a Homeworld gem? And then there's five episodes, with descriptions such as "A friend of Steven is afraid of thunderstorms and he tries to help them" and "Explore Steven's bathroom."

And we have to wait another month for these.

episodes tend to have very vague descriptions before they air. chille tid's was really underwhelming, was somethin like "Steven and the Gems have a slumber party to try and relax," but it was a pretty big episode.

"Steven and the Gems build robots in a barn." why would they be doing that? we duno but that could be a p big deal
"Explore Steven's bathroom." why? we duno and it's so vague that there's p much no guessing at this point
"Steven and Connie must retrieve Rose's sword from a hospital." this is obviously amazing and super cool because CONNIE WARRIOR and maybe stevonnie but probs not

They gotta fill like 100+ episodes so I wouldn't expect a bunch of mainline story

would rather just watch an anime with a straight-foward storyline. those I can recommend
