Smoking in public is socially and morally wrong, someone shouldn't have the right to expose another to second hand smoke potentially causing health issues.

Every single one of them has been arrested atleast once. One of them dropped out of school. All the other ones I know are failing.

I do believe it should be illegal and instead of giving in we should crack down harder on it. This reverse prohibition idea is stupid.

You're right I kind of side stepped what you said. But people are usually discouraged from smoking tobacco because it's loaded with harmful chemicals. With weed you're still inhaling smoke, but there's no tar or cyanide or rat poison.
