i say if it's a privately owned business then the owner can deny service to whoever they want

if they lose customers over it, which they will just from limiting their demand alone, then whatever it was their choice. although, if it is owned by shareholders or it's a branch off of a franchise acting independently, keep doing what you're doing. otherwise, leave them alone, they'll lose money over it anyway
