actually i just noticed that if my post forever ago was the original inspiration you've super missed the point
if anything this randomizer has a way lower skill ceiling because of the prevalence of homing weapons, instant-death impersonal explosives and guns that kill faster then you can respond
like if you get the jump on anyone and you have a gun worth using they are 100% guaranteed to die
if you want a low skill ceiling you have to have weapons with lots of room for accidental misuse (which doesn't mean things like 'a gun that occasionally kills the user' or 'a gun that fires rockets but sometimes the rockets just fall on the ground in front of you and explode, killing the user' or 'a gun that alternates on a static pattern between a normal mode that deals damage to enemies and another mode that kills the user')
