ip banning hasn't been used in years as it is completely ineffective for the reason you listed. badspot bans people based on key now and they can just come back with a new key

that's something roblox would probably never do. again, they boast about a huge playerbase a lot, and some people are, shamefully, making money off roblox. as much as the admins are handicaps, they probably have the common sense that some people actually enjoy making roblox games and playing them, too. it would look terrible for roblox to do such a handicapped thing.
