they lose nothing by letting people host a private server

roblox on the other hand would be losing money to a private server with old roblox assets (which are still in use) and old roblox code (which is still in use). they have ever right to shut down graphictoria and other private servers

how the forget are they losing money? of course they have the right to shut it down, but it's an starfish move to do so if they're not losing money from it. the servers have literally 20-30 people on at a time. if they were losing anything, it'd be mere cents.

No, it's up to United States law as to what is fair use. Fair use isn't copying something in its entirety. Fair use is using excerpts from something, be it a movie, research paper, etc, for purposes such as teaching or criticism.
A company taking down negative reviews of their movie is violating fair use laws. A company taking down a pirated version of their game is totally legal.

what i meant by "it's up to the company" is that it's their choice to see what they should send a c&d for and what not to. the government doesn't hand out c&d's in the name of a company.

i would imagine thats the point since it looks similar to a Dodge Omni which isnt exactly a curvy car. Hell, pretty much every car from the 80's was blocky.

roblox issued an update that only shows servers your friends are in due to the problem of bots scanning over servers and sending links 'n stuff like that

sooo... quite a few threads about this with supports filling them on the roblox forums

this sucks.

edit: that's not all, i've been told that moderators are locking some support threads and all they could give was a "sorry" about the decision of making the only visible servers the ones your friends are in, but i don't have confirmation of the locking threads bit happening
