it's actually not a bad weapon, i use it for PvE and PvP

though i am actual garbage at pvp

I love the caestus for the poise effect.

Poise is so loving broken. It's so incredibly broken that when you use the caestus buff they forget that you won't stagger so they make that mistake try to stunlock you only to later get smacked by your big ass weapon.
