There are no set rules of honor in the tangible makeup game. If you want to have 1v1 fight clubs then just use numbers and skill to beat the stuff out of anyone who doesn't comply. Yeah it sucks to get interrupted but seriously there's no other option just keep the host alive kill the guy then move on.

I use the numbers to my advantage.

With 3 loving red phantoms on the field stuff starts to get crowded. They can't group together and kill me like a normal white/gold 4 person gank spank so they try to keep their distance and watch their swings.

More than half the time they accidentally kill each other and it's loving hilarious.

>FINALLY BEAT ORPHAN OF KOS ON NG+3
>TALK TO WANDERING starfish AT HAMLET
>NO BREW
>LOOK BREW UP AGAIN
>EQUIPMENT LIST STILL SAYS
>???
>EQUIPMENT LIST LIES, ACTUAL WAY TO GET BREW V
>
>ALREADY HAD RUNE
>5 HOURS OF WHALING ON THE ORPHAN OF KOS FOR NOTHING
>EQUIP RUNE AND TALK TO starfish
>GET BREW
>NO ACHIEVEMENT??
>REALIZE I ONLY NEEDED RAKUYO ; BREW DIDN'T COUNT AS WEAPON
>5 HOURS OF WHALING ON THE ORPHAN OF KOS FOR EVEN LESS THAN NOTHING AND IT'S MY OWN FAULT
>MFW

Shutterstock had better be making some good money for this stuff

i already died to the first boss so i can confirm dark souls 3 is way harder than dark souls 2 and definitely harder than bloodborne
looking back on this
i lied

Still no fix to poise?

I'll pass till it's fixed.
poise is only useful if you dont know how to dodge

Thats not a good argument Satan

i guess at this point, making poise do something would actually have a pretty major effect on the game's balance, esp. if it were balanced without it. it'd probably be a lot more work than just making it do something, they would have to go through and make sure that decision actually makes the game better instead of worse

so the PR story of "oh it's supposed to be like that" might not be so strange. we don't know if that was the intention from the start, but at this point in development, it would probably be a lot more work than it sounds like

My only problem with that theory is why did they add so many (not really but theres a few) poise increasing items

that's a pretty good question, and makes it sound a lot like there was some kind of change in the middle of development, in which case those would just be a relic of old versions that they forgot to or decided not to remove. i haven't gotten too far into ds3, but if those items serve a purpose in world building or lore then i guess it'd make sense that they wouldn't remove them

the official statement implied that poise does do something, but nobody has been able to figure out what

Just in case you wanted to see some research people have done in regards of poise

i'm pretty sure poise affects your roll in ds3

i'm pretty sure poise affects your roll in ds3
at the bottom of the page he posted it looks like that's false

poise is only useful if you dont know how to dodge

So then I'll just play loving bloodborne. If I wanted a fast moving dodge every hit character I'll play the game that is actually loving built for that.

Why include big shields and heavy armor in DS3 just to make them useless? Come on now, stop it with this bullstuff.

Not everyone wants to make a "DODGE EVERY HIT" character. I like trading hits and I like protecting my teammates by standing in between them and their attacker so I can take the blow for them and my teammate doesn't get hit. As a tank you are suppose to take blows, not evade blows.

But hey let's throw that all out the window and only use estoc. forget strategy, forget armored builds. STAB, STAB, STAB, STAB, STAB, ROLL, STAB, STAB, STAB, STAB!
