i'm playing through ds2 only using fist weapons because my brother said "you're just bad at it" when i told him i didn't like the whole enemies behind walls all the time thing, and so far i beat every boss without dying (on the boss fight) up to the baneful queen, is that good

but the covetous demon doesn't really count as a boss the thing is beyond easy

ds2 is a load of bullstuff

what the enemies behind walls or bosses not being very hard

I've been playing since Demon's Souls.

I have Demon's Souls, Dark 1, 2 and Bloodborne.

I always play as a tank character in heavy armor with the big ass swords.

enemy placement
not just behind walls but in general
oh man a long hallway filled with giant enemies that have a forgetton of health man thats a real great challenge right guys?
scholar fixes the enemy placement a forgetton but its still bullstuff at points

so i beat the bloodborne DLC

holy forget was that difficult.  i swear every single enemy was like a miniboss, and the boss difficulty was unreal. really phenomenal though, the fishing hamlet may be my new favorite area in the game next to research hall, hemwick and cainhurst.

although as much as i love em forget ludwig and forget laurence, my god i spent hours fighting those guys. such a good feeling afterwards though.
The orphan of kos had the sickest weapon ever, I wish you could've gotten a variant of it instead of a forgetin squid baby.

i'm playing on the scholar version
later in the game it's not as bad but forest of the fallen giants was literally "walk really slow and constantly look to the sides"

edit: except for huntsmans copse that area with the 5 or so giant ass sickle guys is stupid

I gank people with my friend all the time and every day. In Dark Souls 2 we set up those "dueling competitions" in the iron forge thing right?

So instead of opening the two front doors we leave them closed trapping everyone at the bridge. My friend hangs around the bridge trying to pretend to host a duel. I am hiding as like a pot or something because of the chameleon stuff. Then when the person least expects it I stab them in the back lol

We don't believe in honor, it's all about deceiving and trickery.

AYY BABY THATS THE WAY TO DO IT MANG

did you use the forgetin kirkhammer in bloodborne too?
or ludwigs

lets just hope that dark souls 3 is actually optimized for pc this time

on another note, i haven't played any dark souls game for a while and i skipped dark souls 2 because i heard it had a bunch of bullstuff in it.

should i get and do a quick run of dark souls 2 or should i just continue to ignore it's presence in the souls series

if scholar of the first sin goes on sale for a cheap price, sure

it's ok but doesn't really have the miyazaki touch. the dlc content is generally better than the base game though so there's that

I don't use no loving hammer.

I use that big ass sword topped off with the cannon.

well i know what i want

why do people make such a big stink about the black gulch it was literally the easiest level i've been through so far
