Souls Thread [Demon's, Dark 1, 2, 3, SotfS, BB] - Working as intended.

Hardest boss for me in this game was the tutorial boss for some reason lol.  It took me 11 or so tries to kill Ieudex Gundyr.  I really struggled with dodging his super slow wind up attacks - they just came out of nowhere once he did them for me I guess.  Really hard to heal while fighting him I thought too.

It took me less tries to kill Champion Gundyr.

Git gud.

I killed the Ieudex Gundyr with the Assassin on my first try with lots of lag.

this was like the first time in any of these games i've needed someone to help me out

Just beat the game. Nameless King was my hardest boss. Dude could instakill me with a couple attacks but I was able to beat him with help. Final boss was actually pretty easy and beat him in 1 try with 9 etus left.

anyways I havent gone to NG+ cus Im messing around with upgrades and weapons right now.

I havent used any boss souls for weapons. Any recommendations?

Also do the pyromancys and miracles that are the final rewards for covenants count towards the "Acquire all pyromancys" achievement? Because my internet is so bad that I cannot do invasions

pretty sure they do and you can painfully farm the covenant items off of certain enemies

iirc some enemies drop covenant items
even if your internet was the best, darkmoon / blue sentinel summons are so rare it'd be incredibly hard to get them anyways

Good to know that enemies drop them but yeah, Im still running on DSL so its basically impossible for me to invade/get invaded and it takes me 45 minutes to summon someone

I got about 60 embers, over 20 sunlight metals and over 30 tongues just by invading.

Maybe you should loving invade.
