DS3 seems a little easier.

Also these crystal lizards are easy to kill. If they jump off the cliff you still get the gems.

I think DS3 may be the easiest in my opinion just because we're pretty familiar with the formula by this point and such y'know? And the polish makes it that much easier. Then again I only beat it this evening where it took many others less time so

I find it funny how they added all this fan service armor from DS1 and DS2 but they don't add back the poise. The most requested thing.
