Yeah I canceled mine and got the Anthology Mininuke. Quite pleased with it.

If you want the collectibles and what not then go with the physical copy, however the discs usually install lead you to a steam installer anyway. I'd probably go with the  digital copy since you don't have to wait for shipping and you get installed on the of preloading

I think it takes up about the same space when physical or digital.
You're still installing the game onto your hard drive.
The difference is that on digital, you download all of the game. Whereas on physical, part of the game is installed from your disc and the rest is digitally downloaded. So, you'll have less to actually download from the internet.
