From that Spanish screenshots, Fallout 4 Takes place After 3, and New Vegas. 2287. My my Bethesda, quite far into the time-line, aren't yea?

Also, Vault 111 looks spoopy with dem skelebones and tesla generators that could theoretically kill you.

10 years after 3? I wonder if project purity has any effect on Fallout 4.

Also interesting will be that it is 7 years after New Vegas.
There probably won't be loads of references to NV, because of the distance, but if there's anything that'd be cool.

Is there a canonical ending to New Vegas, or will we maybe see that in Fallout 4?

What I'd like to hear is about something tribal group who bases themselves off the old pre-war government has sent tribal scouts into places like Philly or has made it to the midwest.

Okay I have a true loving story that is too good to pass up. Best told in green text form.

>At one point in the mission, there was a mind-controlled Deathclaw that aided me inside the platform.

TL;DR: A glitch occurred where a Mind-controlled Deathclaw spawns everytime I go somewhere new and it kills everyone but me.

At this point all you're doing is boiling everything down to how unfaithful you think bethesda is to the ((quite aged)) predecessors. They own the IP now, they're crafting a game based on their own image of it. If you don't forgetin like it then move on, there's no point in stuffting on something as handicapped to get mad about as fan-leaked screenshots.

You're wasting your own and everyone else's time because for some reason everyone feels a need to beat the horse along with you. Nobody here actually valued your input on how bad and clunky and streamlined and bland and unfaithful these "fallout-wannabe" games are after the fiftieth rant.

Most people like to hash it out about game mechanics and design because that's an interesting topic most people are interested in. What isn't interesting is exchanging insults while you vomit biased remarks about how you don't like the design choices of fallout 4

No weapon condition confirmed.

The power armor needs a fusion core to run. (!!!) They NOW seem to run out as there's a perk related to its duration.

When in power armor your carry weight and your resistance are way higher but you are much slower. You can enter buildings with the PA without any problem.

NEW PERK (LUCK 5): "You're not idiot...! Just different. Randomly receive three times EXP (experience points) for any action. The lower your intelligence, the greater the chance"

NEW PERK (END 9): Ghoul: "Of course, you are still human...Externally! Now radiation regenerates health."

NEW PERK (STR 10):Pain Train: " Choo choo! All aboard! If you are equipped with a Power Armor, sprint to the enemies to bash them and hurt them. Robotic and huge enemies wont bash."

NEW PERK (PER 7): Reflect: "You are like a mirror! Get +10 resistance to energy damage."

NEW PERK (INT 9): Nuclear physicist: "You have learnt to split the atom...and master it! Radiation weapons do 50% more damage and fusion core lasts 25% more."

In terms of dialogue, often we can choose between an aggressive or a diplomatic way. CHARISMA is key when we have to deal with some situations. It seems that WE CAN'T go back in the dialogue to choose another option. (e g if you decide to choose a theme of conversation you can have other themes cut off.)

Now some dialogue options are colored to indicate the chance of success depending on our charisma level (red/orange...).

Confirmed NO HARDCORE mode (thirst/hunger/fatigue).

Stealth mode is similar to Skyrim but much more improved according to the tester. Lots of perks related to stealth and theft.

Well that confirms most of the perks that we were wondering about. [Being able to seemingly turn into a ghoul] seems interesting, I wonder what affects that will have on reputation or conversation options.
