what

I swear it uses fusion cells because I was chewing thru my stock like crazy

Where is Scollay Square on the map? Accidentally picked up some garbage silver shroud suit and it wont let me get rid of it.

Nevermind lol it's not an actual place on the map

nah m8. me and my friend devised that using the gatling laser is much more economic to any other gun since fusion cores are relatively easy to get once you're later in the game and cheap to buy, so you should invest perk points into the heavy weapons perk, the one does amplifies the amount of damage miniguns and gatling lasers.

what the forget is wrong with my pipboy
changing my fov doesn't fix it so thats not the problem
it just doesnt zoom in on it

The whole arrow to the knee thing is supposed to mean they got married

you know like kneeling down on one knee to propose
who made this up. in the skyrim universe you wear an amulet of mara, you don't get down on one knee.

its supposed to be a saying from Scandinavia I believe

well no stuff, thanks for the correction

has anyone found a mod that disables the boundaries for settlements?

The real question is why are you using a red UI.
It looks so bad because your radiation level displays as red along with a bunch of other stuff.

You also wouldn't be able to see the difference between taking something or stealing
Or hostiles

all the "bad" stuff is orange not red
theres a huge difference

anyways i fixed the pip-squeak-boy thing
turns out it was an fov problem and changing the config files doesnt do stuff

There seems to be a huge split from what I've seen on how people feel about the game. I personally love it, and have had a ton of fun with it so far. Some people on my friends list hate it and that's ok, that's their opinion, but some of the reasons just baffle me.

You can't destroy the lightbulbs. This is 2015. This should be standard

Quote
the combat is really frustrating because everything takes a million bullets to kill, and they keep pitting you against monsters 30 levels above you

Quote
you can't keep power armor on you like you could in FO3 and NV
it runs out of power and you get encumbered
there's lots of fusion cores around. i got like 13 on me right now

I've found ONE since the first mission  so forget you very much

Nothing will snap on the building so it takes a lot longer to actually build anything

Companions are all stupid.

The map is a lot smaller than Fallout 3. I've explored most of it and I haven't even been to Diamond City

and more.

I'm not having any of these issues ^. I think the map is full, enemies take the same number of bullets as me, building is fine, etc. (I'm playing on normal).

What do all of you think?

The map is much bigger than Fallout 3???? What are they talking about

I don't know! These people are having totally different experiences. It's not like they have <5 hours either. They're ranging from 20 - 50

its about the same size im pretty sure
but you can actually sprint this time around (thank god)

his fusion core issue is handicapped
they shouldn't be giving away fusion cores you should have to actually find them

the only issue I agree with is companions being dumb
and that only applies when I'm trying to sneak, they're certainly smarter this time around than they've been in any other Fallout game (including the first two).

parking power armor against a wall and ordering a companion to get into it is one of the funnier things you can do in this game

I also sent Preston flying into the air while I was in diamond city. shame I haven't been able to replicate that

and yeah, with the map, its smaller but the content is overwhelmingly dense, unlike NV. I haven't found much issue, its plenty big for me and it makes getting around for minutemen missions a hell of a lot easier

I did not like FO3 much and I was an ardent hater of FO4 long before it became a meme to hate it, but playing it has really changed my mind
