Wasteland is made by the same people who made Fallout and Fallout wouldn't exist if it weren't for Wasteland so it's still relevant to Fallout.
In my experience, people named Tony are generally asses. Also people named Bill or Billy are handicapped in some way.
What about Kyle?
Too hard to say, but almost all Kyle's I've met are narcissistic af.
