My computer specs:

Windows 10
i7-4790
16GB RAM
GTX 980 w/ 4GB VRAM

The RAM, GPU and OS all exceed the Recommended specs, but the CPU is listed as being Recommended. I'm wondering if this means I can run every setting on Ultra at 60FPS 1080p or if I'm going to have to turn down some settings.

I'm hoping it's the former. Especially given Battlefront "recommended" extremely high specs when an i5 and a GTX 660 or something could easily max that game.
