It was only the second attack after like 60 hours of playing the game. The lack of attacks is boring me, I want more.

Have some raiders / deathclaws chase you to the settlements, if possible.

Anyone know how to remove the generator sound? It gets annoying having upwards of 6 generators just to light one building then having to listen to them all run at once.

Or a more efficient way of lighting a building with less generators would be great.

the lights are all over the building and a power condiut has a tiny radius, which means if I want lights in a different part of the building I need another generator because I'm pretty sure wires can't travel through walls, ground and floors.

Well actually yes wires can travel through solid objects but it looks ridiculous having wires randomly popping up through the floors and going across rooms.
