That or you decide to poison YOUR OWN water supply. They didn't give you many options in Fallout 3 it's either side with the brotherhood (good) or poison your own water supply (handicap evil).

Even after poisoning the water supply they apparently don't check for any signs of contamination and they still allow you to be apart of the brotherhood.

There is no neutral options and all the evil choices are handicapped. Also if you kill Brotherhood members you can even sell their holotags to a brotherhood scribe and make 100 caps per tag. So you can kill their members for no reason and they will pay you for it! Considering how there is no option (unlike new vegas) they can't kick you out of the brotherhood.

speaking of brotherhood holotags. I have like 13 of them in New Vegas. waht do i do with them.

We get it.
You hate Bethesda, and by extension any fallout game they make.

Some can't handle the truth.

Only the skin colour changes, not the whole baby. Sadly...
He looks like the parents as a adult

He always looks very similar if you use a default parent, or either gender.

My first and second playthroughs he looks very similar. Main difference is his lips.
They were also clever to give him grey hair, lol.

Weapons Workshop DLC is something that should either be free or included with the game since day 1.

i got another question
why are caps still a thing and the main currency
if the ncr can make paper money then what the forget

Because the Commonwealth/Capital Wasteland is like 3,000 miles away from the NCR.

There's nothing to prove the value of the NCR dollar to a person in Rivet City. Whereas at least Caps are trusted as being valuable by everyone. Or, can be bartered against.

Whereas an NCR dollar presumably, in the NCR at least, has a proper exchange rate to caps.
But how does a person on the other side of the continent know that exchange rate? It's going to take months for news to travel across to let you know.

They shouldn't.

Fallout 1 in California caps were a currency that was backed with water.

Fallout 2 in California caps were phased out and NCR money became a thing and were backed by gold.

Fallout Tactics further east they used soda can tabs as currency because glass bottles with tin caps weren't as common.

Fallout 3 Washington D.C. uses caps because ????????

New Vegas uses a combination of NCR, Legion money and caps. NCR's gold supply was cut in half making NCR money less valuable so out of fear of NCR money being worthless people went back to caps after hearing stories how 150+ years ago people use to barter with caps. They base this on pure speculation and rumors.

Fallout 4 boston uses caps because ??????????????.

It should all be based on region. It would have literally made more sense for Fallout 4 to use subway tokens as currency instead of caps given how many tokens there are.

Fallout 3 could have used something other than caps. The brotherhood in that region no doubt could have implemented their own currency.

Do you guys all think this deep when you play games? I never thought about the legitimacy of a sustainable currency, I just thought about shooting stuff and having a good time
