Today we are announcing the Dota 2 Reborn beta, which brings with it a new interface, new engine, and Custom Games. Everything in the dashboard has been redesigned utilizing a new UI framework and the engine that powers the game has been fully replaced. On this page we will be giving you a preview of the new interface. Early next week we'll be talking about Custom Games, and later that week we'll conclude with various details about the new engine and launch the open beta.

INSTALLING THE REBORN BETA
1.Install Dota 2 if you haven't already
2.Start up Dota 2
3.Go to the Play tab and select Dota 2 Reborn Beta
4.Click Install to begin your download

As you explore the beta, you�ll notice a few features aren�t fully functional yet, but we encourage you to play regularly and send us your feedback. We'll be updating the client frequently over the coming weeks as we bring everything online.

I tried to play this, but after 5 games of getting harassed for being new, I quit.

it says there are 3 parts but i cant click on all of them

It's valve, part 2 is next week, And that's for custom gamemodes!

maybe I should try playing this game again, I've been watching a few of slahser's videos and I really like them

i wonder if source 2 would run on machines that can run source 1 alright

my laptop isnt exactly new but i can run portal 2 agreably, csgo barely and hl2/l4d2 pretty fine, so i hope for the best

So far Source 2 has been 64bit only, Might get a 32bit version when they talk about it late in the week :o

no, it's a new engine, not a slightly improved old engine
