I wasn't aware Blockland could get animated textures like that pipboy unless you have an endless loop of multiple pictures.

Exactly what it is, Animated it in Blender Edited in Sony Vegas added Transparency in GIMP and made a animated bitmap

 I think that you should make the add ons you use now open to public. Like the power armour. Seems like a good idea because your done some great things and it seems like a good idea to post them so others can use it.
