Why does everyone's avatar get killed after they get unbanned?

Because, there's no way I can edit my profile information now.

It's odd. I wonder if that's the price you pay for being unbanned...

Probably some bug with SMF, happened with tails too.

Even after you're banned from posting, you can still edit your avatar for one final drama throw-down from beyond the grave.  I often have to remove people's profile privileges and change their avatar to a 1 pixel image to correct this.
