How do I get to that?
You can search for it with Windows or click on the tray icon. (The small icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen)

I doubt that it is. You should be running the 353.62 driver. If you are running it and its still at 1024x768 then the best you can do is restart and hope for a new driver update.
It is there, and I restarted, no update.

Ok I found it...the only resolution on there at all was the 1020x768...

Try here for drivers.
Option 2 will scan your system with a Java application.
It will also tell you what card you have, which you should post here.
