TBH, I hate the OS so far. It's bloated and slower than a handicapped autistic kid on the short bus. I installed it onto my laptop (Which windows 7 ran perfectly on), and it was literally unusable, despite all of the "Cleaning" I tried. It just refuses to run well. I'll stick to Windows 7 on my desktop until the last minute. Plus there's a few BS moves such as forcing updates on home edition users and having freemium solitaire. The visuals, at least, look nice, and the OS is a lot simpler to use for people who aren't as computer knowledgeable. It's also got a few phone-inspired features, which is nice for laptops.

All drivers were completely up to date, and has been restarted several times.

Also, it has 4gb RAM, a 2.6ghz Core 2 duo, and an Nvidia Quadro NVS 140m. Not the fastest in the world, but it should still be usable for web browsing and old games. Which it isn't.

Well:

2. Nakaro never showed the telemetry screen and it doesn't actually say what information it sends, so yes, "unspecified information" will be sent.
3. I don't know if windows defender actually sends information to microsoft
4. It's true that cortana has no local storage.
