it's really just dudes projecting their own insecurities onto other people. they want other people to feel bad about themselves so they can feel good about how they look. afaic, you have to care about the person before you care about their health. i wouldn't care if Riddler was eating too many donuts because i don't care for Riddler. if my uncle was morbidly obese, i'd want him to eat healthy. but feeling like you wanna puke when you see someone who you don't think is beautiful? you're soundin like a villain.
and hey: eat whatever you want, cus i'd rather hang out with kevin smith or patrice o'neal then spend a second with this boring narcissisus. even in his forgetin manifesto he has nothing interesting to say. he's just fit.
But now that is just
you projecting that opinion unto him.
Finding people disgusting because of their appearance isn't a good thing obviously, but what he was saying is truth, it shows a clear lack of self discipline or effort put in to being a healthy person, and most of all, as he said, the children of these people are suffering unfairly from it. Parents that are too lazy/uneducated on health matters that feed their children mcdonalds whenever they want are depriving them of a healthy lifestyle which is not an okay thing to do. If you see someone that feeds their pets unhealthy food you think "oh thats terrible for that dog" when these parents are doing the same to their children because they won't take responsibility for their actions upon themselves and so excuse their poor eating habits for their children.
Eating healthy isn't just about your body's look/being fit, a healthy diet and excercise has an incredible effect on the mental state of a person. When you are active and healthy you feel great about yourself and have a proactive look on life, by being too lazy to even attempt to implement this in to your or your child's life you are doing nothing but harm.
He isn't talking about being ripped like he is and thinking everyone should be working out and having tank muscles, he is talking about not being overweight as forget which is terrible for your mind, body and life overall (or what you get to live of it)
It's easy to brush it all off as just a fit guy polishing his ego and saying how everyone should either be fit like him or they are stuff, but that's not the case, it is just an excuse to ignore the completely logical points he is making.
You don't have to be ripped to be healthy.
