Yeah, he was put on the ground and handcuffed but I didn't see any of them stepping outside their bounds. Without any context (the cops were blocking the door, so we can't see what caused the fight to break out) there's no way to actually tell what happened. Let's not get all sensational, we don't know what did or didn't happen yet.
