a few problems i noticed:
1. monsters are way too sparse. in particular, i have a swamp nearby and when searching for slimes i only get about 2-3 hostile mobs per night. this is probably caused by the difficulty setting being on easy or some plugin that thins out the mob spawn rate
2. fire is disabled altogether (flint and still doesn't work, lava wont lit things on fire). this prevents the creation of nether portals.
3. when someone who was on the server did manage to light a nether portal using a dispenser, he got the error message "this nether portal leads nowhere!". this is probably caused by another plugin you don't need at all but keep on the server for whatever reason.

well now the server isnt even responding

the server works now, but the problems are still that the nether portal does not let me through and that mob spawning is very small at night. the other problem is that all commands are disabled (i get the "you dont have permission to use this command" even when i use /ping or /help!). i suggest you get rid of most plugins that you dont need since i have never seen any fancy spawn or multiworld system, so its pretty useless (i have a feeling that netherportals addon causes the problems with the portals).
