If you pass a certain level I'm sure it's not healthy for you, like anything else
For building muscle/ most people recommend 1-1.5g/kg body weight. More than that and you're basically just wasting money.
I gave that Flame guy .7g/lb of body weight(him being 110) which lands at 77g of protein a day.
that's what i've used to calculate how much protein i need atleast
i would need like 100g a day since im nearing 140
