Not sure if this has been mentioned, and at this point it's more of a legacy feature, but duplicating any of the old JVS doors still using the old "Content" system will duplicate the brick with its base values rather than any changes a user has made to them.

For example if I've evented double doors, I've selected one of the doors to open counter-clockwise. If I decide to duplicate said doors, when I place both of them the door I've changed to open counter-clockwise will revert to its original state, opening clockwise again.

Since I'm oldschool and build 1x4x5 doorways and enjoy the animation of doors opening, this is the only thing I've found frustrating with this duplicator. Every other feature is phenomenal, but when your builds have a lot of JVS content in them, and that content is customized or optimized for the build, having to duplicate the brick(s), move them over, place, and then copy the events over manually again is sort of a pain while even the old school duplicator would place customized JVS doors perfectly.

Now I'm not sure if this is the case with the legacy door support, or the newer more blockland-y doors, but it might be worthwhile to test those as well. Might just be the old content system being problematic.
JVS is garbage anyways

Fixed in 1.3.0

Saving and loading is basically done, I'm currently hosting a server where you can try it out.

The commands are:
/AllDups [filter] or /ad [filter] - List all available duplications
/LoadDup [name] or /ld [name] - Load selection from .bls
/SaveDup [name] or /sd [name] - Save selection to .bls
Amazing work!

Version 1.3.0
•  Browse available duplications using /AllDups [filter]
•  Save duplications using /SaveDup [name]
•  Load duplications using /LoadDup [name]

•  Now calls ::onLoadPlant instead of ::onPlant to improve compatibility

Use the automatic updater if you can, otherwise download again from the first page.
If the updater does not show an update, run this command: Updater.checkForUpdates();

The message is only visible for admins, so you can keep track of who is loading what in case people start spamming.
