I'm not going to go through Xeodious' post and edit it because I'm on my phone and. Don't want to spend 30 minutes typing a reply.

What I got from that appearing heavily sarcastic rant was I was being "too hostile."
The guy is questioning why someone would suggest Zapk. I don't know what kind of reply you'd expect but questioning something like tha on one of the most infamous people on BL is outright idiotic and surprising.

No, people see your behaviour as being more antagonistic and stuffty, because you named yourself stufflord. They see someone declaring themselves a stufflord, and expect them to be a stufflord.

If you were named "Mr. Brick" or something else neutral then maybe people wouldn't approach you with the same mindset.

Also, there's no way you choosing the persona "stufflord" doesn't impact the way you act on here at least a little bit.
