Badspot bases those alt checks on things like IP and creditcard/paypal account. Tezuni did get the key, but he said he gave it out to someone else. And that person happened to be using a VPN when browsing BLF, so we don't know who actually made the posts. Either tezuni was lying and it was him, or tezuni wasn't lying and it wasn't him.

If you don't trust tezuni, sure, whatever, but that's an opinion not hard evidence. Just because badspot said it doesn't automatically make it fact.
