Russian Embargo Act of 2021
Proposed by President Ronald Krump
  • This Act will enforce an embargo upon the Russian Federation.
  • All commerce, travel, and diplomatic relations between the nations will hereby cease.
  • This Act is designed to punish the Russian Federation for their participation in the Syrian War.
  • The embargo is encouraged to be enacted by the EU and UN.

The parties have voted as the following:
  • Conservatives: 23 Yea, 3 Nay, 6 Abstentions
  • Liberals: 24 Nay
  • Anarchists: 1 Nay
  • Socialists: 3 Yea, 12 Nay, 6 Abstentions
  • Communists: 1 Yea, 1 Abstention
  • Greens: 8 Nay
  • Peoples': 10 Yea
  • National: 1 Yea
  • Independent: 1 Yea
Total: 39 Yea, 48 Nay, 13 Abstentions
The bill has failed.

Ronald Krump has not taken kindly to the failure of his bill, claiming corruption among his party and personally insulting Russia without calling a vote (which of course is legal due to free speech). It seems he will push us closer to war regardless, even if the embargo failed.

Yes, design the website.  Professional is better.

Magnus promotes London as a premiere campaigning location.  A month later, he speaks there.  "It is really unfortunate that young people, some just out of school or out of their home, have little on which to start their lives.  The system is punitive to the point where basic needs such as rent can be a burden to the point where young hardworking Anglics, with limited wages, are unable to find ways to make ends meet.  It is clear that if we want a nation that can function, we need to cooperate not by party, but as a people.  I propose a responsible solution.  Currently, welfare is as easily received as asking for it, even if you are not a citizen, you can receive it, no questions asked.  I think that the common conservative quarrel about worrying where their tax dollars go is a real concern.  I think as Anglics, you deserve to have a say in where it goes.  I propose that any able-bodied person who can prove that they are seeking out work, or is working and can still not make ends meet, can be eligible for welfare."

After the bill fails, Magnus, in a tweet, denounces Krump.  "It is a shame that out president, who is allegedly the most powerful in the land, commands no respect for its people.  We are a republic, Mr. Krump.  What the people say, goes."

my name is david davidson and i'll join the anarchist party

Tristan, how much will it be for a website with maintenance and design, as well as 45 internet advertisement across the web?

Hosting another speech in the Australian region soon.

time for speech
"Fellow citizens of the Anglosphere. We have dreamed, for years and years, of being truely free. Other parties may try to fulfill this request, but all of them have one thing in common. They all fight over power. Nobody is free. Our goal is to abolish that pointless craving. We all wish for the same thing, and now the time is upon us. The struggle to overcome this great obstacle has, for once in a lifetime, evolved into a united fight. For the first time, we have gained a chance, the chance to say 'no' to this slavery. We MUST fight back! Vote for the Anarchist party. Stand up and have a voice."

5:00 PM

Wichita, Kansas

Scott puts up 350 Posters up at a majority of the Gas Stations and Wall-marts in Wichita to promote the speech he is going to give in Downtown Wichita at 3:45 PM. He is excited as he has been recognized by fellow Politicians for his work in Garden City.
Waiting for results of advertisements...

Kissinger, now as an official Party Member, organizes a speech at a small agricultural town to test the support for his statements in agricultural zones. Posters are put up to advertise the speech.

"Brothers and Sisters, I am here in your quaint little town to discuss the state of our union. This small settlement has many of the nostalgic and signature amenities that we observe in Small Town, Anglosphere. The small corner grocery, the Farmer's market, the local drug store, and dozens of small mom-and-pop restaurants. It is always a sight to behold and it is ingrained in to our culture.

However, in recent years it seems that large chains and colossal corporations have been slowly encroaching upon the hallowed grounds of the locals businesses. It is not a phenomenon that is unique to this here village, but to every town, and every city. The big businesses can easily undercut and force out the small family business we hold dear.

You may have heard fearful talk of my party, that the Dirty Roses and the Big Reds are coming to take out all businesses. I ensure you this is not my reason for being here.

I believe that these small business are the instruments by which to stem the growth of corporate greed and influence.

By relief of these small business, we can give them a fighting chance to compete with colossal corporations and big businesses on the ground. I propose that a cleanup of small business tax systems and a low and flat tax rate for small businesses may assist the local business on one front. On the other, we apply taxes to the corporations, and close tax loopholes to create a soft-cap on the capabilities of colossal corporations.

Now, agriculture. A large amount of food comes from small farms and small farmers. Such farms are not just business, but a way of life. Large Agribusinesses compete with the small farms, and have been encroaching on that way of life with every passing day. I believe that we may remedy with reduced cost supplies, seed, feed, and cheaper field-to-market transport for the little guy.

I also propose that an investment in the local infrastructure may make it far easier for the little guys to compete with the belligerent big businesses.

Now on the global scale. Our grand nation is not one dimensional, it has multiple facets that all need to be addressed. The world faces crCIA in Syria. I'm sure you've all heard that the embargo on Russia has failed to pass the parliament. I believe that the Anglosphere and NATO have together the greatest assembly of military and economic might that the world has ever known. I firmly believe that ourselves and NATO are to defend peace and freedom with all of the strength our combines armies bare. However, we must be vigilant and precise, as actions taken now can have drastic effects that can lead into the far future. I encourage open discourse in regards to actions in Syria, as you are the ones myself and our MPs serve.

Brothers and Sisters, I leave you with this last thought. I encourage you to pursue the truth in the world. Governments won't disappear, so it is important that you play your parts. I encourage open communication between the members of the community on political matters. I encourage you to be skeptics, but not unwavering in your beliefs. It is vital that we work as one for the good of all.

Brothers, sisters, thank you for your time,"

The next day, 3:45 PM

Scott walks up to the stage to look at the crowd(s?) of people waiting for him, he feels like he’s being judged and has always been anxious about himself. Anyways, he starts his speech: “Hello, fellow Agrosphereians, today I wish to tell you how I wish to make The Agrosphere a more efficient, more Durable, Nation. If I am voted for MP, then President, I will make to where Death-Row inmates unused finance will go to upgrading our Police-Force, thus lowering taxes, as long as the Death-Row inmate has no will giving their money to a relative/friend. It may sound barbaric to you, but it will make the civilians of the Agrosphere’s lives much easier. It could help families struggling to survive due to taxes at the time. I also wish to make it possible for more 1st-Degree killers to be put on death-row, which will also go to Upgrading our Police-Force. I will also use vacant island off the coast of Austrailia into walled, heavily defended, prison camps to reduce the space of our already packed prisons. I hope you all will vote for me, this is Scott Y’naaz and goodbye!"

What the hell did you expect?

I would suggest that we get a short "newsfeed" or list of events that happened in the game world that our characters can discuss. Speeches take a while to write, and should probably be reserved for debates or huge events.

I don't think that excerpts from points of interest a player character's speech would be too much to ask for though.

I think the main event right now is the Russian/Syrian war. That’s probably the most important thing happening atm, and I think the OP wants to see what will happen when a actual player becomes President and wants to see the result.
it will probably end with fireking somehow gaining office and making the Agrosphere go into anarchy somehow.
