I think MF scales pretty well nowadays tho, especially if she gets her ult channeled. Anyways this is why I appreciate both Poppy, Malphite, and Nautilus vs those slippery ADCs. Point and click hard cc, tanky af, gap closers to deal with kiting ADCs, and can solo the ADC in some scenarios. To a certain degree Taric, Rammus, Maokai and Pantheon as well. Deadman's, Frozen heart, and Randuins help (#MakeRighteousGloryGreatAgain). As far as Kalista goes, her damage does fall off slightly as the game goes on, since her damage comes from stacking spears and isn't upfront like Jinx. Other counterplay options such as Assassins. Besides, Singed shouldn't be able to run over every ADC anyways.

maybe not vs like ADCS but you have to admit, Yas takes a massive dump on karthus because of mobility.

The problem with MF is that if you arent babysitting her ass in teamfights, she can get dove by anyone with any sort of gap closer or dash. Later game when you need your adc to be alive, you need your support/some frontline sitting on top of her to peel so she can do damage without dying. As Singed, that's really a bad position for me to be, because late game, just one dose of poison (3 ticks) can easily be 1200 damage per person that goes on it before resists. If I have to sit on our MF,the only people I can damage are people that try to dive, which puts more pressure on mid/adc to carry the teamfight.

I just think melees don't have many options to deal with mobility. Righteous glory is garbage and borderline useless without the active. I have to rely on someone else hitting some cc on their back line first, which is troublesome. Late game, Kalista can just run out of mega adhesive and I'll get peeled away.

what the forget compels EUW to not surrender a game where its like 10 v 25 and the ENTIRE TEAMCHAT is just continuous fighting like all lanes are upset at eachother but surrender is totally out the question?

just had my first ranked match!!
people were arguing at champ select and AFKs were thrown around before 5 minutes as bot lane fed. eventually all my teammates had 5+ deaths before 15m while i sat at like 1 until the 30 minute mark when they got into our base.
i was anivia mid.

It's generally a good idea to wait a few weeks to start plying ranked after you hit 30. You want to make sure you're good enough to win the majority of your placements, so you don't end up in low bronze. I made that mistake s3, and got places b3

i dont mind the rank i get, i feel like im good enough with kindred and anivia to at least get silver which would be awesome to get imo.

yeah if it's your first season, silver 5 is a pretty good goal to climb to. a lot of people expect it to be really easy to get to gold or plat their first time.

main thing is though: don't burn the game out for yourself. a lot of people in ranked at that level are real richardheads

to be fair getting TO gold isn't hard, but CLIMBING in gold is hard. particularly low gold is really annoying and frustrating. The skill variance in gold is so high because there are people that are in gold that play like once a week because they don't want to drop and are super bad/rusty, and there are mechanical gods/smurfs that you're surprised arent in diamond already.

yea i usually do something outside (if the weather allows it) for a few hours before i start a session, and then in between every win/loss i do something else. you do not want to carry that feeling from a previous game into a new game, good or bad, itll end up in over/underestimating your enemy which is dumb

yeah that's def. a good idea. sometimes after i lose, i feel like i have no idea what or who to play. if you are feeling like losing when going into a game, u shoulnd't play.

low silver is pretty much a stompfest if you play something that scales and practice your laning. Nasus is pretty free in low silver if you can manage weak early game.
