Refillable is so cost efficient its not even funny. I don't think Hunter's Potion is worth it unless you really need the mana(Ekko or Udyr), but I always take Refillable. You save sooOOOO much gold throughout the game, it just pays for itself throughout the early-mid game. If you're someone without sustain issues like Lee or Kindred, then thats even more of a reason to buy refillable. As Kindred, you should be able to abuse your heal and range to kite the jungle monsters effectively. Here's a vid for that(Waru):

in addendum the boots are actually a good choice, id also suggest you do go with a refill pot after first back
