The Foundation for Peace is an international initiative for the purpose of retaining peace in the world. To achieve this goal, Foundation members automatically have a non-aggression pact between one another, and if any nation - Foundation or otherwise - declares or joins an offensive war against a Foundation member, all members are expected to break any alliances with the aggressor and embargo them; however, no military assistance is required. Thus, the Foundation creates a large economic disincentive to starting war. Additional legislation can be enacted via a vote of all members in the administrative seat in Wienburg (Wienza).
