Server is up, modpack can be installed from the technic launcher. Just put this link into the search bar and install. Same server rules as before apply here, so be good kids or you'll be banned.

I never intended the server to be super popular, issue with moving it to off topic is with the traffic it gets the thread gets buried quickly and I feel it belongs here rather than offtopic.

Incase you haven't looked at the mod folder, optifine is already in it, it also has no effect on loading times for the launcher only ingame. The server modpack is changing from this custom that doesn't frikken work apparently, so i'll be setting that up before i go to bed tonight.
