no its absolutely not, it's nowhere near spread out enough. low and high ranks are basically empty and the middle is hugely populated. The variance of skill between games in the mid-tier ranks is huge, making the rank system fundamentally broken. one game you could play against braindead halfwits, the next you could be up against players 30x better than you

i'm sure when comp has been out longer than 5 days the ranks will be spread out more

my younger brother got a full gaming pc and a copy of this game because ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and i'm massively jealous

i have an oldish laptop that may not be able to run this and im unsure as to my ability to afford this

if i post specs tomorrow, would someone let me know if i can run the game?
