I guess I should be aiming for the basket
normally I've just been hitting all of the balls up one side of the staircases over and over, punching them as they fly back at me

Competitive isn't fun. Sticking to casual play.

is this game even worth it when none of ur friends are playing it

Indeed, but do keep in mind that this game is heavily reliant on team cooperation; very similer to other game's however.

i have fun solo
in fact my entire placement series was solo and my teams weren't bad or boring to play with at all

>very coordinated team push
>wipe the other team
>mercy respawns
>we shoot her as she dashes to her team
>she dies and revives everybody anyways
>reaper ults and we all die
ults are why I hate this game

You do know that you can cancel ultimate's.

not mercy's
comes out frame one when she hits q
doesn't matter if she dies or not

Of course, but reaper is vulnerable while performing his ultimate.

Yeah I think Mercy's ult needs a cast time. It's too easy for Mercy to just wait around a corner while her team gets wiped, only to fly to a dead body and rez all five of them.

Either that, or Mercy needs to be unable to fly to dead bodies. That would require her to stay near the team wipe in a clever way to get a 5 man rez like that.

But that would make i't far too easy to deal with her, not to mention that there is already a time gap before her teammate's can become active.

The delay before mercy's teammate's can become active is an opportunity for you to rush away or to either reposition yourself.

The res needs a slight delay, not a long one (maybe even something like .3 seconds) but it's stupid that her ult is basically free considering no one else's is. There should be far more skill required timing wise to such a powerful tide turning ult. Especially since there's no way around it nor being 100% sure she even has res and to act accordingly. Hell even Lucio's ult requires him to hit the ground and it's arguably less powerful than her ult.

Don't forget that it charges in like 30 seconds

Exactly, it's insanely hard to keep track of if she has it or not unless the other team just used it.
