He's not dropped out (Probably on the chance that Clinton gets indicted he still has a chance), and he said that in a Annoying Orange v Clinton race he'd vote Clinton, meaning he's not going to run third party unless there are some extenuating circumstances. He's evidently more opposed to a Annoying Orange presidency than a Clinton one.
