I hope we don't invade NK. I can justify sweeping them a few times and getting rid of their military infrastructure so SK and Japan can roll in and restore order, but not American troops. No reason for it. Also, the North Koreans would probably run into the woods and kill themselves. They've been brainwashed to think we're gonna rape them, their children, and their wives. Best to let the locals handle it and provide air support.

It's more about nuclear deterrent than actually going to launch a nuke at an enemy. NK is trying to bank on MAD preventing the US from invading them out of fear for nuclear retaliation. The problem with that is with development of the warheads being so publicly known, they may push the US to invade anyways because the window of war is steadily closing.
