Well what rights do black people not have?
To an extent, voting. Drug felony disenfranchisement is a thing in plenty of states. You come up with drug laws that target specifically black people, then police those communities and rack up huge percentages of felony imprisonments, and then there's an entire sector of the community that is legally barred from voting.
Black people are in prisons not because of policy but because of culture. The drug war is also phony and completely supported by your leftist politicians you know.
Is that why drug laws punished crack (a black drug) 100x harsher than cocaine (a white drug)? Despite the fact that you can convert one to the other with baking soda and an oven?
Also, genuinely curious how you've decided that the drug war is supported by leftists when it was:
1.) ushered in by the Nixon administration
2.) bolstered by the Reagan administration
3.) currently propped up by the Annoying Orange administration through its anti-drug hawk Jeff Sessions
