Well what rights do black people not have? Again as in just a few years ago before the media faked this huge race war. Nothing has changed but suddenly people are told to not get along.

Black people are in prisons not because of policy but because of culture. The drug war is also phony and completely supported by your leftist politicians you know. Tou keep asking the ones who purposely cause the problems to fix them for you.
Just remember to vote blue to get your wish!

To an extent, voting. Drug felony disenfranchisement is a thing in plenty of states. You come up with drug laws that target specifically black people, then police those communities and rack up huge percentages of felony imprisonments, and then there's an entire sector of the community that is legally barred from voting.

Black people are in prisons not because of policy but because of culture. The drug war is also phony and completely supported by your leftist politicians you know.
Is that why drug laws punished crack (a black drug) 100x harsher than cocaine (a white drug)? Despite the fact that you can convert one to the other with baking soda and an oven?

Also, genuinely curious how you've decided that the drug war is supported by leftists when it was:
1.) ushered in by the Nixon administration
2.) bolstered by the Reagan administration
3.) currently propped up by the Annoying Orange administration through its anti-drug hawk Jeff Sessions

Drug war is about private prisons, pharmaceutical conpanies, and forcing black people to need government assistance so they keep voting democrat.

All things Obama and Hillary fought for. stuff it was a huge reason for Obamacare to keep it all up.

Drug war is about private prisons, pharmaceutical conpanies, and forcing black people to need government assistance so they keep voting democrat.
That's a big thunk for me when they can't vote Democrat because the same set of laws prevents them from voting in any state or federal elections.

Red states are fighting now to let felons vote.
Sure its prob because ex black cons are heavily conservative nowadays.

But you should thank the Republicans for fighting to make this change. Florida just passed theirs I believe.

do people actually still prop this point up?

1) crack was dropped down to 18x by obama
2) the crack laws were made by black people
3) crack and meth are punished exactly the same

Annoying Orange admin is on track to completely legalize pot soon lol.

After destroying cia poppy fields, and killing Obama's "ease the pain at any cost" Obamacare that was feeding pills to people en mass and causing deaths and addictions at record rates.

It's all a process, and being fixed very quickly.

End the drug war before reelection time. No thx to the left.

Red states are fighting now to let felons vote.
If so: great, but I doubt it's Republican politicians pushing those bills through. I'm willing to be pleasantly surprised though, so send me a news article or something.

1) crack was dropped down to 18x by obama
That's still egregious.

2) the crack laws were made by black people
[citation needed]

3) crack and meth are punished exactly the same
Plausible in a lot of states, but remember that meth showed up on the scene like, what, 15-20 years ago? We've been throwing a quarter of the black community into the slammer for drug-related offenses for over double that time period.

All meth drug-hawking will do is further disenfranchise poor white people on top of the black community. Does that come off like an improvement on the system to you?

It's more like someone opining on whether the New Jersey turnpike is safe without ever having driven on it

This is the most dumbass thing you've ever said
Like the nerve to try to tell someone their opinion doesn't matter because they're white, shut the forget up

And this brother is racializing drugs? And IM the troll here??

Annoying Orange admin is on track to completely legalize pot soon lol.
jesus dude what the forget are you talking about?

Sessions reversed a policy preventing federal lawmakers from prosecuting people under federal anti-marijuana laws in states where the drug is legal:

Sessions sent a memo threatening to crack down on marijuana in California after they legalized it:

Does this actually sound like a drug-friendly dude to you?

Like the nerve to try to tell someone their opinion doesn't matter because they're white, shut the forget up
Their opinion is unsubstantiated.

Your opinion is much more substantiated but that's counterbalanced by the fact you're completely handicapped lol

Yes. State policy needs to precede federal. That's the entire point of trying to shrink government, that the admin promised us and won on. Cali pot laws are different and not ready for federal legalization yet, while others are. Remember cali is trying to be it's own unique country in many ways...

You cNt go from 1 to 100 and simply reclassify and legalize yet. But they are working on it.
A lot of it with cali is still related to wall issues. Federal lines.

Yes. State policy needs to precede federal.
Re-read what I wrote: Sessions made it legally possible for federal prosecutors to go over the heads of state legislators and continue to decide how they prosecute federal drug crime.

This means that if the federal government chose to 'crack down on marijuana' in California, they could continue to arrest people on federal drug offenses regardless of what California law says. They could throw people in federal prison even if California law says the drug is completely legal.

black people confirmed inferior and unable to resist drugs unlike strong white men whose enlightenment transcends such degeneracy. therefore legalize druuuugs

That's still egregious.

but it was given the ok by a black man so i guess that makes him the tribal now? or is it different because he actually understands the black experience even though he was raised by a white family? i mean there's literally no other reason he'd be fine with it, right?

Plausible in a lot of states, but remember that meth showed up on the scene like, what, 15-20 years ago?

meth has been illegal longer than the first anti crack laws

All meth drug-hawking will do is further disenfranchise poor white people on top of the black community. Does that come off like an improvement on the system to you?

i want drug legalization but getting pissy because people break the established law you don't like is handicapped
